Subject: A new student forum – Photography
Respected Madam,
I am a student of S.Y. B.Com. Division E. Photography has been my hobby ever since I passed out of school. During this academic year, I met a few more photography enthusiasts here. However, all of us never pursued it.
Madam can you please grant us permission to begin with a new forum for Photography in the next academic year.
We have quite a few plans for this forum. Some being: Photography workshops, Field visits, Guests Lectures from Professionals, etc. We also intend to work along with The Hikers Club, The Magazine Committee and The Students Council to cover up the various activities talking place in college. Promoting Social causes while on field visits and Bringing students back to the classroom are some of the key agendas of our forum.
I promise you that the Forum will never be a dormant one. Photography, being completely dependent on the subject matter that is chosen, I assure you that the group will be guided by a firm set of strict rules and regulations which shall be formed keeping in mind the Ethics and Values of our society. We do not intend to depend upon the college for any kind of Finances.
Madam Principal, your reply is awaited by at least a hundred students.
